We specialize in cleaning up unique environmental messes. From the aftermath of a train derailment to an oil slick on a remote Saskatchewan lake, we have the expertise and equipment to remediate impacted land, water and air safely and properly.
We have an in-house team of multi-disciplined professionals that specialize in environmental remediation. If we don’t have the answer for a particular problem or situation, we have a retained team of industry-leading engineers, biologists, occupational hygienists, environmental scientists, and legal counsellors to help. Together, we work with you and regulatory authorities like Environment Canada, DFO (Department of Fisheries and Oceans), and the Ministry of Environment to develop practical and cost effective solutions to virtually any environmental challenge.
Some clean-ups require unique and specialized equipment. We have in-house equipment ready for most environmental remediation projects. If we don’t, we know where to get it. Earth moving equipment like excavators, end-dump trucks, front-end loaders, skid-steer loaders and graders are common pieces for projects on land and we have them on-the-ready. When it comes to remediation of water like lakes, sloughs, creeks and rivers, we have equipment for that too. We have containment booms, coffer dams, oil/water skimmers, pumps, and mobile water treatment systems to contain, confine and treat contaminants on water. We also have hydro-vacuum trucks, roll-off bins, portable storage tanks, bulk liquid tank trucks, mobile pressure wash trucks, ATVs and boats that can be mobilized to a project site anywhere in Saskatchewan.
We prescribe cost effective treatment and disposal methods for contaminated materials like soil, concrete, building material, and water. Sometimes, we can even treat contaminated materials right at the project site. If we can’t, we have access to soil land farms, incineration, stabilization and thermal desorption facilities throughout Saskatchewan and Western Canada that are licensed and permitted. We have a fleet of transport equipment to safely haul contaminated materials to the final disposal site.
